Sleepwell Hotels Limited and Sleepwell Hotels (UK) Limited, both of Viking House, Nelson Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 2AH ("Sleepwell"), are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This policy explains how we use the information we collect about you and the procedures that we have in place to process and safeguard that personal data.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2002 and subsequent revisions or amendments or any applicable laws in any jurisdiction other than the Isle of Man in which we operate).

The information we collect and how we use it

When you purchase our products, use our services or this website or register with Sleepwell, we may need to know your name, address, credit or debit card number and expiry date (should you not pay by cash), email address and telephone number. As detailed below, we will not pass on your details to any other party.

We may also ask you to give us optional contact information, for example your mobile number and demographic information like your date of birth. The provision of this information is discretionary and we only use such information to enhance our product offering.

If you subscribe to our mailing lists for promotions and other information, you will be asked to specify the areas in which you are interested so that we can tailor the information which we send to you to cover the areas which we believe you might be interested in.

If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page so that you may be aware of them.

Payment Information that is provided to us regarding your credit or debit card number will be held until 7 days after hotel check-out or ‘Event’ transaction to allow for any necessary post-departure payment adjustments to be made.
