Fifth TripAdvisor award in a row!

We were delighted at the announcement that the Claremont has been awarded the 2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for consistently good traveller reviews.

Not only is this the fifth consecutive year we have received the award but it also means we qualify for the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame ? a special category only for those who have achieved this level of recognition five times in a row!

TripAdvisor is the worlds largest travel site, attracting an amazing 455 million unique visits every month. Certificates of Excellence are only given to those hospitality businesses who receive an overall rating of at least four out of five and generated over a minimum number of reviews each year.

The Claremont Managing Director, Mark Wilson, said it is an honour to again be recognised for this award again especially as the reviews are posted by those who have actually experienced the hotels facilities first-hand.
